Portraits of my Children | 8/52

LYRA | I’m starting to sound like a broken record but this girl is getting so tall! She is such a daydreamer and I catch her staring off into the distance so much at the moment. What I wouldn’t give for a chance to see what’s going on inside that head. Although I imagine here it was probably ‘how can I make the biggest splashes in this puddle?!’

ATHENA | What can I say about this photo?! The mud from her and her big sister’s enthusiastic puddle splashing combined with her expression is just perfect. I can’t stop staring at this picture and laughing.

Linking up with What the Redhead Said. This is my third year of attempting to share a portrait every week of the girls so here are their portraits from 2017 and here are their portraits from 2016.

Oh my goodness that photo of Athena is brilliant! Looks like they both had a whale of a time splashing in the muddy puddles! x #LivingArrows

Haha! I love these pictures. For some reason neither of my boys are fans of the mud so I don’t have any pictures like these 🙂 #LivingArrows
