I’ve tried something a little different this week and not focussed on the girls’ faces for once. I take so many pictures of them that it’s nice to play around with it sometimes and I’m really happy with how they turned out.
Lyra’s photo was taken on Saturday as we walked around Lacock Abbey. Matt and I had both had our cameras out and Lyra wanted to join in. She’s loving taking photos at the moment, she shouts cheese and snaps away. ‘Cheese, Daddy’. ‘Cheese, Thee’. ‘Cheese, Trees’. Very cute.
I took Athena’s photo on a walk not too far from home. We hadn’t gone very far and she fell asleep whilst watching Lyra run along collecting sticks. When I checked on her I just thought it was so very cute that she was clutching her bunny’s hand.
They're both great pictures. Our son has the same camera and often gets me back for having mine out! #livingarrows
I love faceless photos, sometimes I find they capture my boys more. The sleeping baby one is so adorable (not that I'm jealous) and looks like you have a budding photographer on your hands!
Beautiful photo's. I love photo's like these as you see more than you would if there was a face to focus on. #livingarrows
We have that same bunny – Max loves his 'rabbit' (he's so imaginative when it comes to naming his toys!). I love the look of that camera too, thinking of getting a similar one as photography is the new obsession for him! #livingarrows
Aw lovely. I think its great that shes taking photos! My eldest is really into doing it too! #LivingArrows

They're both gorgeous photos, I think it's nice to mix up pictures of their things rather than their faces #livingarrows
Oh the good old kiddizoom camera. My son got one for christmas and hasnt put it down since.
I think these photos may be some of my favourites. They are gorgeous, really reportage style and so natural. Love the colours too. Thank you for always linking up – your blog brightens my week x
They are both lovely captures – I love Lyra's camera! I'm the same that I take so many pictures of the boys that it's nice to do something a bit different sometimes.
