Portraits of my Children | 46/52

Both of this weeks photos were taken during our weekend in the New Forest. The weather on the Saturday wasn’t great and so we spent most of the day hiding from the rain in the conservatory at the cottage we were staying in. There was a giant bean bag and Athena loved sitting on it, it gave her an extra bit of support so she could sit and watch what everyone was up to as well as a soft landing if she toppled!

Lyra’s photo was taken just after she ‘helped’ me do my make up. Naturally she decided that she might like a little on her as well and this is what she ended up with! I certainly won’t be letting her do my make up any time soon that’s for sure! She’s also eating my biscuit that she’s stolen from the changing bag so she’s looking particularly pleased with herself. Toddlers hey?!

Linking up with What the Redhead Said and her Living Arrows. You can catch up on previous weeks here.

Maybe a little practice needed before Lyra's let loose with your make up! #livingarrows

Haha, love that photo of Lyra, she's clearly a bit of a make-up rebel! x #LivingArrows

They look so similar in these photos – Athena is looking so grown up! x
