This week’s photos were both taken during a walk we took yesterday with the girls. We walked over six miles through the Avebury landscape in the freezing cold. Lyra fell over twice in the mud and it started raining as we were neared the car. Despite all of this we had such a fun time.
Athena slept almost the entire day, wrapped up warm in the Ergo. She did wake up once, forcing me to nurse her in the bitter cold, brr! Once awake and fed she enjoyed watching all of the leaves falling around her. Oh, and she was in yet another novelty hat, poor thing!
Lyra walked for a lot of the day until she got tired and then either Matt or I carried her in the Tula. This picture was taken just after I had been carrying her all of the way up the hill. So she had heaps of energy at this point and I really did not!
Such a gorgeous photo of Athena, I love her hat, so cute! And I love that photo of Lyra, she looks like she's going to keep on going and run into you! x #LivingArrows
Gorgeous photos of the girls. I really don't miss breastfeeding in the freezing cold. Glad you had a nice day even though the weather was a bit pants. #livingarrows
Love that top photo. It's really the only chance you get for novelty hats, so make the most of it! #livingarrows
Your photos sum up the weather for me at the moment. Perfect captures of the season and oh I miss babywearing! x
Those hats! I do love a good blustery autumn walk – it's a long time since I've been to Avebury, it's a lovely part of the world. #LivingArrows
Awwww such lovely photos, and how cute are those hats!
