My child has a fascination with windows. There, I said it. She loves nothing more than climbing up on the nearest bit of furniture to get herself as close as possible to the window. It does mean that all of our windows have finger (and face) prints all over them but it keeps her entertained so I don’t mind too much.

This week I also managed to take a few more photos of Lyra that I just had to share because they all really sum her up at the moment. They’re both serious and cheeky, and I feel like you can see that her hair is definitely growing now. I mean, I won’t be rushing out to buy hair bands or clips any time soon but there is at least more hair than there was a few months ago.

I think I may have gone a little overboard in my picture taking this week but Lyra was in such a cooperative mood, her outfit was super cute and the weather outside was gloomy. I just couldn’t miss the opportunity to snap away at her, after all she’s changing so quickly at the moment. So in the spirit of sharing way too many photos here is another one. Lyra thinks it’s hilarious for us to blow raspberries on her belly so quite often we’ll catch her with her top pulled up, belly exposed, just begging for us to blow one. So cute!

Linking up with Practising Simplicity and her 52 Project as well Shutterflies Living Arrows. You can see my other weeks here.

As a fellow window lover and belly flasher, I think my daughter would get on with Lyra like a house on fire. 🙂
