A Portrait of my Child | 10/52

10/52

I know that I probably say this every week but I love this photo! Look how intently Lyra is ‘reading’ that book of hers. She’s seeming more and more grown up every day now and sometimes I struggle to see any remnants of the baby she once was. We took the side of her cot this week, we probably should have done it weeks ago but we’ve been so busy and I was worried that I wouldn’t get much sleep once it off. I really needn’t have worried though as it really hasn’t phased her. She climbs into her cot in the evening now when Matt puts her to bed and she stays in it until the morning when she wakes up. I tell you, this girl can be a dream sometimes!

Linking up with Practising Simplicity and her 52 Project as well What the Redhead Said Living Arrows. You can catch up on previous weeks here.

Sweet photos. I love that she's still holding on to her cuddly toy too.

Thanks, she never puts that toy down. It's her favourite!

She looks so focused and definitely not a baby – but not quite big yet either. Enjoy the toddler days xx

She's definitely in that sweet spot between the two at the moment, so very cute. x

Thank you. She really does love her books, I'm so glad because my husband and I are bookworms too. x
